Reasoning

The way we reason is formatted entirely on our geneology, which sets the structure of our logic
that leads to only two categories of human intelligence; This is guided by our genetic logic which is pivotal to the decision we make and live by.
Category 1;A biological unit(human)intellectually impoverished(not deprived)vacant, and it does not know it,(stupid) as we would crudementary say ,and,
Category2;A biological unit (human)intellectually impoverished but it does know it.(clever)

If we contrast this with the premise that human genetic make-up is indeed variable in it's structure.
This is more readily understood if we were to define our logic to be the way which sets out the deductive /inductive reasoning that leads to recognising right from wrong(negative/positive decision.
The premise that we are not all able to learn ,for example,at the same rate points directly to genetic divergency, and that is what makes us limited in our efforts to achieve.

Who can explain then;how is it that category 2 is clever yet intellectually impoverished
?
